Postage and Packing

Our parcels are sent using Royal Mail 48 service. We charge a flat fee of £3.70 for postage and packing regardless of size or weight. We suggest if you want to order a small item of modest value (for instance a tie) that you order by telephoning the shop and agree alternative arrangements. Otherwise parcels are sent ‘signed for’ for additional security and should be delivered within 48 hours (weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days). Royal Mail will leave parcels with neighbours if you are not in, or parcels are returned to local post office if the parcel is not able to be delivered.

Change or cancel an order

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact the team on 01636 704331 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, or email us (to arrange returns only). If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow the returns procedure below.

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Postage and packing costs are excluded. 
To return goods please fill in the return form enclosed with your goods. Take you parcel to you nearest post office. Goods are returned to K&H at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

Please note items can only be refunded to the original cardholder. Returned products must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with an indication that they have been used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. For faulty or late returns past the 14 day return period please contact us on kandhsports@outlook.com or call 01636 704331. You can also return goods to our shop in Appleton Gate, Newark.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exhange, including personalised printed items and specially ordered items.
